We’ve probably declared “I loovvee pasta!” once, twice, many times in our lives, but can you name or differentiate each shape? Not that it matters that much, because taste > shape, but it’s great to know more about pasta (other than devouring it really).
Foodrepublic is at it again with their creative food infographics (look here and here), this time, with every kind of pasta on Earth. I mean, choosing between penne and farfelle is a little tricky. Reginette, anyone?
Then again it really doesn’t matter what shape, as long as it’s cooked “al dente.”
